This home was perfect for our stay! The screened porch was comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, the home was very clean, and we could bring our dog! We liked that there are four bedrooms and that the home is in such a peaceful location, very close to the bay. Thank you for a perfect getaway in St. George Island!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was well appointed and clean. Our dogs loved it even more than us. The dog door into a fenced in yard was their favorite part.

Stayed for 3 days with some family who is staying in Florida. Though the weather was a bit cooler than normal for FL, we found lots to do in the area. Loved that the home is dog friendly and the fenced in back yard was great. Everything is really within walking distance of the house, but secluded enough to still be quiet. The house was equipped with all necessities and even a little more. I had to contact Tara once over our stay and she was so quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great communication. Would certainly visit again if we were in the area.

Backroad Blue is a great rental property for our family. Has plenty of rooms and bathrooms that we can live comfortably. Our family enjoy cooking and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to cook good meals. The location cannot be more perfect as we also love fishing. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the fishing bridge. Also it’s walkable distance to all important stores in SGI. We will definitely come back again.

Back Road Blue was the perfect fit for our family’s needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with items you don’t tend to see (crock pot, hand mixer & VACUUM) which made cooking for 8 a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet, and conveniently located near the Pig!

What an amazing place! We came in for a quick weekend stay and truly enjoyed this beautiful place! So close to all the things, easily walkable and also private and quiet. The home is so clean and well appointed with everything you need. The weather was cooler so we didn’t do the beach, but nice to know the chairs and umbrella is there for use. The house has plenty of room and the screened porch was wonderful for coffee in the morning! Tara was so respectful and responsive, she made me feel like a guest in her own home. Highly recommend this property.

The unit was as advertised in all respects. It was clean and very attractively decorated. There was adequate cookware to support meal preparation. Tara helped us learn how to operate the door locks. I would recommend this place to friends and family. We will be likely to stay there again.

I love this place. Great location for me because I like to go fishing on the old St. George Island Bridge. The host is awesome. Great communication. I will always pick this spot.
